The Testing and Certification Center has set up various testing laboratories and calibration rooms for the purpose of testing the motor performance, safety, vibration noise, material, environmental impact and reliability of our motor products.

The Testing and Certification Center owns advanced testing equipment. There are more than 100 units of different types of low-power electric testing equipment and analytical instruments with a value of more than RMB10 million, including a series of low-power electric motor testing and verifying equipment, such as the single-phase and three-phase dynamometer with various specifications of MAGTORL and MEA, the multi-channel noise and vibration testing and analysis system of B & K, Denmark, the semi-anechoic chamber, three-coordinate measuring instrument, image measuring instrument, X-ray spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, direct-reading spectrometer, wind test-bed, multi-channel temperature recorder, computer-controlled universal material testing machine, silicon steel magnetic standard measuring machine, hot box, cold case, salt flog box, aging box, heat box, thermal shock chamber etc.

The Testing and Certification Center has established a complete laboratory quality system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC17025. It was recognized by the WTDP (Witnessed Test Data Program) of the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) of the USA and has obtained the certificate of assessment of measurement standards from the local Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision. In May 2004, we were accredited as the domestic enterprise of micro-motor production by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
