Quality Assurance

With the advanced testing and experimental Factories, Welling conducts overall product testing and quality control on in-coming components, mass production and ex-factory products. Welling has implemented the ISO9000 quality management system and obtained the ISO9001:2000 certificate. All products have passed 3C certificate, and majority of the products received authoritative certificate like UL, TUV, VDE, CSA, etc.

On the base of ISO9000 quality system, Welling thoroughly implemented with TQM and introduced TS16949 quality management, deficiency-free and 6-sigma. By adopting these advanced quality management system, an overall quality supervision and management system has been established in Welling to enhance its high-quality products.

To advocate the environmental protection concept and to be the “green motor” producer, all Welling’s products have complied with European Union ROHS standards. Besides, Welling also passed the TUV QC080000 system and obtained HKQAA ISO14001 certification.
