Executive Committee

The Executive Committee was established in April 2006. All members of the Executive Committee are executive Directors of the Company.

The Executive Committee is responsible for discussing and making decision on the day-to-day operations and administrative matters of the Group.

The Executive Committee is provided with sufficient resources in discharging its duties.
